CaKe! will be holding our third Basic Photography Workshop on November 26th and December 3rd — two full Saturdays where participants get to intimately familiarise themselves to both basic photography knowledge and reinforce that with outdoor practical sessions. We prefer smaller class sizes so every participant gets full attention from us; we have found that personal attention allows the participants to learn more from the instructors and from one another.
Each day begins at 10am and will only end at 6pm, giving us enough time and will cover all the usual basics like the exposure triangle, to (annoying but necessary) equipment, and peer photo reviews at the end of each day, which helps to reinforce the knowledge and practice via interaction. It is an essential part of the workshop, and one that, in our opinion, is indispensable. All you need is a camera with manual controls and a strong desire to learn and improve.
The price per participant is $399; those bringing a friend will be able to enjoy a further discount, so email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up or to ask questions. As time is running out (the workshop is next week!) and we are limiting the number of participants, write us quick to reserve a place. Plus, won’t you want to be able to use that precious, heavy, expensive dSLR to good use over the holiday season?
